I manufacture rasps in all sizes and variations out of rust-free stainless steel and cut them exclusively by hand. Thanks to the demanding requirements of medical technology, my rasps and files are also made with the greatest care. I would like to demonstrate this to you!

Most of the work steps involved in hand cutting of rasps and the medical files require great concentration. Every single tooth is cut by hand using specially ground-to-size and hardened chisels which are struck, depending on the cutting pattern size, with more or less force and with different hammers.

For larger rasps with fine cuts, up to about three thousand cuts/teeth are cut per side.
